Muslim 360 is developed as a digital companion and educational aid to facilitate daily Islamic worship, study, and reflection. The texts, prayer times, audio, and tools provided are designed for general personal reference and spiritual benefit.
Muslim 360 is a technology platform and does not issue religious fatwas, binding legal judgments, or spiritual edicts. Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) accommodates scholarly differences of opinion across schools of thought (Madhahib). For matters requiring individual religious evaluation, personal marital or inheritance dispute settlement, or contextual rulings, users must consult qualified Islamic scholars and authorized local councils.
Prayer times are computed mathematically based on solar coordinates and widely accepted formulas. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain astronomical accuracy, slight variations may arise due to local atmospheric conditions, mountainous topography, elevation, daylight saving time shifts, or device clock discrepancies. Users are advised to exercise reasonable diligence and observe their local mosque adhan where applicable.
The Zakat, Ushr, and Warasat (Inheritance) calculators are informational estimation tools. They provide arithmetic calculations based on standardized classical ratios and inputs provided by the user. They do NOT constitute formal financial, tax, or legal estate counsel. Complex estates involving liens, disputed assets, trusts, or customary family stipulations must be reviewed by qualified legal and religious authorities.
The text of the Holy Quran and prophetic Hadith belong to the universal sacred heritage of Islam. Original app UI designs, code, branding, vector graphics, and website architecture are the intellectual property of Muslim 360. Audio recitations and translations are utilized in accordance with recognized open scholarly and educational permissions.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Muslim 360 and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or reliance on calculated times or estimates.
